You can use the QR codes in the catalogue, the video link in the eBook, our Online-Collektion or visit us directly at VIMEO.
If we have finally piqued your interest, we are once again offering everyone who will not be on site on the day of the auction the opportunity to take part in the auction online. After registering and verifying in advance, they can log in to the auction platform on the day of the auction, follow the auction in the live stream and place bids via smartphone, tablet or PC.
Step 1: Register until August, 5th
Click on “Register” in the menu to register. On the secured page you can enter your personal data and then click on the “Register now” button. You will then receive a confirmation e‑mail.
Step 2: Wait until you are verified
After registration, your account needs to be verified. This requires you to send us a copy of your valid ID card — this can take up to two days. Once your account has been verified, you will receive an email to create your username and password. We reserve the right to send you a deposit request to prevent possible abuse. The amount of the deposit is 2.000,00 Euro. After we have received the money, we will then activate you for the bidding procedure. Any surcharges at the auction will be offset against this amount. If you do not bid for a yearling, the amount will be returned to you immediately after the auction.
Step 3: Bid online at the auction
On the day of the auction you can log in to the website. Once you are logged in, you can use the “Live Auction” button, which will be activated two hours before the auction starts. We recommend that you log in in good time and before the auction starts.
For an optimal experience, we recommend that you use the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser. You can download these for free via the links. We also recommend that bidders use a stable internet connection (WiFi or cable). If you do not have a strong internet connection, you risk having your bids delayed by slow connections.
On auction day, log in with your username and password and click the “Go to live auction” button. Once logged in, you will be automatically redirected to the bidding menu where you can watch the auction LIVE and bid online.
Before you can bid, you must first activate the “Bid” button. This is necessary to exclude accidental bidding. After activating the “Bid” button, you can bid in the auction with a single click on the “Bid” button. No confirmation of your bid is required. During the auction, you should be reachable at the telephone number provided.
The bidding screen will indicate whether your bid has been accepted and whether you are the highest bidder. A bid placed is unconditional, irrevocable and without any reservation.
Step 4: You are the highest bidder
If you are the highest bidder, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be contacted after the auction.
